How to send forage and enrichment to your chosen rescue
- Place an order as normal, but please don’t mix your own items with a rescue order. We need these to be placed as a separate order so they can be sent as their own parcel directly to the rescue.
- At checkout, please enter the rescue’s name and address if you know it. If you also have a contact email for the rescue, feel free to add this so they can receive delivery updates.
- If you don’t know the rescue’s address or email, that’s absolutely fine — simply enter your own details and we’ll contact the rescue before sending the parcel. Feel free to also add a note at checkout and we can hand write a note for the rescue so they know you sent it!
- Orders of £30 and over qualify for free delivery, as usual. Orders under £30 will have postage added at checkout.
- However, as this is a rescue support order, we’ll also include extra forage and enrichment at our cost. This is our way of contributing, so your chosen rescue receives a great-value filled box.

- Below are some UK rescues doing incredible work. Many are local to us in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, and we’ve seen their dedication and care first-hand. This list isn’t exhaustive — there are so many amazing rescues out there, and we’re very happy to post to others too (as long as they’re within our shipping areas, but check with us if you aren't sure and we'll see what we can do).
